Returns and Withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal
The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

2. Hygienic guarantee seal — essential condition
As these are cosmetic products applied to the skin, each item is shipped with an anti-tamper guarantee seal. The right of withdrawal may be exercised exclusively if the seal is intact and the product has not been opened or used. Breaking the seal results in the forfeiture of the right of withdrawal for proven hygienic reasons, as the product cannot be returned once opened.

3. Return procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact our customer service within 14 days. The product must be returned intact, sealed, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund
Once the product has been received and verified (seal intact), we will proceed with the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Damaged or non-compliant products
In the event of a defective product or damage during transport, the replacement or refund will be at our expense. We strongly recommend accepting the package "with reservation" in the presence of visibly damaged packaging: noting the reservation on the courier's delivery note at the time of delivery is a necessary condition for any potential reimbursement for transport damage.

6. Test sample (optional)
For some fragrances, a 3 ml sample is available, which allows you to test the scent while keeping the seal of the main bottle intact.
